Alwoodley Tennis Club
Based in Leeds, the club is known for keeping fees as low as possible and providing free coaching to members to allow the wider community to enjoy the sport. However lack of funding has meant many of the courts need resurfacing.
The £1,000 sport grant they were given will help them to this and will allow the courts to be opened up for use for other sports and help the club make more ties with the local community.
