Wune Tang Academy
Wune Tang Academy is devoted to teaching Martial Arts in the Warwickshire area with their club members range from 4 years to 60+. The club has enjoyed much success recently with students being invited to the World Championships in Poland in October 2009.
This will require additional training and the club don't currently have the correct Dojang matting that will be used at the championships. The purchase of these mats will benefit the competing students as well as all those at the academy by increasing safety standards. The Cash 4 Clubs sport grant will allow them to make this purchase.
The mats will also be used by new students of the "Rugby Young Carers" workshops which offer free lessons to introduce children to the sport who may not usually have access.
