FAQs

How do clubs apply?

Applying for a sports grant from Cash 4 Clubs is absolutely free and only requires the time you take to fill out the application form and, coming new this year, make a short video telling us who you are, why you deserve the grant, and how it will help your club. The video can be ten seconds long or a two hour magnum opus; it’s entirely up to you but we want you to stand out from the crowd so make it as entertaining as you can. You are encouraged to post the video on social media or a video sharing site such as Youtube, and please include the link to the video in your application.

The more detail you provide in the video and in the written application, the greater your chance of winning one of the sports grants.

What grants are available?

There are four tiers of grants at £250, £500, £750 and £1,000 which are awarded on a discretionary basis. For details click here.

Who can apply?

Any sports club can apply as long as they are registered with their sports National Governing Body or local authority. For further details please check our policies here.

How are the grants chosen?

Grants are awarded once a year after selection by our committee. For more details please click here.

Can I reapply if my application is unsuccessful?

Whilst we do not restrict clubs from reapplying, we urge you to consider why your application may have been unsuccessful in the past. Please only reapply if your needs or circumstances have changed.

I don't think my application form was submitted successfully?

You should see a 'submission successful' message after you have pressed the submit button to show that your application has been received by us. If this does not happen there may be a problem with your PC or browser. Please try again, or try submitting the form on a different browser or PC.
